We will not use the (@luu.org.uk) Google Workspace after the migration, including shared drives, apps;*
We will not use network drives (like O:\) after the migration;
We will not use 3CX in the future - we will use Teams Voice instead for telephony including having external telephone numbers.
*Activities use of Luu.group for student groups will be unaffected - see FAQs.
We will continue to use Outlook for email after the migration, but this will be with new (@luu.ac.uk) accounts;
Those staff using OneDrive will continue to do so, but this will be with new (@luu.ac.uk) accounts;
We will continue to use Teams but we will use in a better way - not just a video conferencing platform but in connection with the work of your team (e.g. Digital Services), a project (e.g. A student event) or a programme (e.g. Welcome planning).
All student/weekly staff will be given an (@luu.ac.uk) account as a digital identity for them to use for all LUU systems;
Littlefish will provide a helpdesk alongside LUU Digital Services, allowing for quicker resolution of issues, particularly in connection with accounts;
We will use more Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Edge)
